In the framework of the New Hungary Development Plan, Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. implements complex research and development project of strategic importance – Establishment of Cellum Mobile Communications Research and Development Centre – that may become the "Silicon Valley" in the mobile technology not only for Siófok, but for the whole South Transdanubia Region, or even for Central Europe as a whole. In the framework of the Tender "Strengthening Enterprises' Research and Development Capacities" of the Economic Development Operational Programme the Project with a budget of 895,066,528 HUF will be implemented with 40% state subsidy.

Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. won another tender in the framework of the New Hungary Development Plan, Central Hungary Operational Programme.The Project Proposal named "Assessment of the feasibility of applying Near Field Communication (NFC) Technology in the Products of Cellum Ltd. and Developments" is awarded by the Managing Authority with a subsidy in the amount of 57,748,050 HUF.

MobilePayment Service currently at place, by means of that, merchants' products and services can be paid and transfers for entitled customers can be accomplished using mobile telephone handsets, will be enhanced by Near Field Communication (NFC) channel. This simplifies payment initiation: no SMS needed, the payment process will be started and carried out just putting the mobile telephone handset in the proximity of the merchant’s POS terminal.

Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. granted a non refundable subsidy in the amount of 107,135,290 HUF in the framework of the New Hungary Development Plan, Central Hungary Operational Programme, for the tender titled "Development and market entry of SIMSecure solution".

Relying on the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) that is widely recognised and applied in the IT sector and on the algorithm generating One Time Password (OTP), SIMSecure provides in three fields functions, significant Value Added Services as follows:

• Data Encryption,
   
• Authentication on SIM token basis.

Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. was among the winners in the framework of Priority 4 in the Economic Competitiveness Operational Programme of the 1st National Development Plan with its successful tender submitted under the title "Implementation of an Integrated Business Management System".

The Integrated Business Management System implemented in the framework of a project with a budget of nearly 22 million HUF contributes to the significant simplification of the business processes, to the improvement and increase in the efficiency of the specialists' work and in the competitiveness of Cellum.

Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. has participated successfully in the tender titled "Support of business content development for small and medium enterprises" which was issued in the framework of the Economic Competitiveness Operational Programme of the National Development Plan.

The almost 120 million HUF won on the tender, Cellum invested in a project with an aim of introducing and integrating a portal system for digital content management and distribution in the company. This innovative portal is specialised for easing the commercial transactions of enterprises interested in digital content distribution.

The Economic Competitiveness Operational Programme of the National Development Plan aimed to inspire the innovation at small and medium enterprises. Within the frameworks of this programme Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd. presented his tender successfully.

By winning the 46 million HUF (non refundable) subsidy Cellum had the opportunity and the will to develop an application to support small and medium enterprises working in commerce field. The application helps to the companies to handle faster and easier the distribution, sales, procurement, payment and cash management processes by using mobile phones.

On 1 September 2006, the supporting contract signed by ESZA Kht. (ESZA Public Benefit Company) and Cellum Innovations and Services Ltd., whereby Cellum is awarded with about 10 million HUF non refundable subsidy from the sources of European Social Fund.

Cellum spent and will spend the subsidy that it has won in the tender titled "Support to Education and Training aiming to develop entrepreneurial skills and adaptability of the employees (HRDOP/2005/3.4.1.)" issued in the framework of the Human Resource Development Operational Programme of the European Social Fund for education of the experts. Cellum focused on information technology trainings for software developers, trainings for the management, communications trainings and trainings in English language.

The Enigma Mobile Top Up Project aims to ensure successful market entry in the USA of Cellum developed mobile commerce solutions, among them the application for top up of mobile phone communication balance. In the framework of the tender issued by the Hungarian Technology Center of the Ministry of Hungary for Information Technology and Telecommunications (IHM HTEC Vienna, Fairfax, Virginia, USA), Cellum applies for subsidy for the first phase of the project, that last from the start of the project till the setting up the specifications of the product that is tailored to fulfil the customers’ requirement in the USA, and is definitely marketable in the USA.

The subsidy defined in the tender Cellum intends to expend to prepare and make ready for the successful entry in the market of the USA the general solution that Cellum developed. As a part of all the works required, Cellum intends to carry on extensive market research and business development activities for achieving the technical and business specification of the product promising success. This development milestone will be the end of the project phase to be supported.
